OUR POLICY

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Once inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Returns are usually processed within 7 working days of receipt.

WHAT'S NOT RETURNABLE

Due to the nature of some products, the following cannot be returned:

• Customized or personalized items
• Items marked as final sale at purchase
• Used, worn, or washed items
• Items returned after 14-day window
