DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! WONKY ships to over 100 countries worldwide. International orders typically take 10–21 days after production. Customs duties, import taxes, and VAT may apply depending on your country — these are the responsibility of the buyer.
CAN I COMBINE MULTIPLE ORDERS INTO ONE SHIPMENT?
Unfortunately, no. Each order is shipped separately to keep fulfillment moving fast. If you place multiple orders, they'll arrive as separate packages.
MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO?
That totally shouldn't happen — and we're sorry if it did.
Contact us right away with your order number and photos. We'll sort it out, fast. No hassle, no arguing.
I PUT THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS. CAN YOU FIX IT?

HOW LONG DOES PRODUCTION TAKE?
